CMC Electronics Acquires Flight Visions Inc.

(Montréal, June 11, 2002) CMC Electronics has signed an agreement today to acquire Flight Visions Inc., of Sugar Grove, Illinois. Flight Visions is a well established military aviation company that designs and manufactures a range of cockpit systems and products that includes head-up displays (HUDs), mission computers and control panels for fighter and fighter trainer aircraft, as well as rotary wing aircraft. The operation in Sugar Grove, Illinois, comprises approximately 100 employees and will operate as an integral part of CMC Electronics. The transaction is expected to close in approximately six weeks.
