CMC's EFB solution is built around the avionics grade PilotView EFB system. Installation services and industry leading applications, combined with multiple connectivity options, provide dependable access to key information for pilots and aircrew. Installation is facilitated by the integrated cockpit mount options available for the PilotView EFB and the variety of available aircraft installation designs.

The PilotView® EFB has been designed with cockpit productivity in mind. It is build around a highly compact yet rugged integrated display and processor unit.
- Fits full approach plates and full page documents with its 8.4" high quality AMLCD display.
- Easy to install and operate. Integrated display/processor unit keep pilots in full control of the applications.
- Small enough to fit in all cockpit configurations.
- Light weight. A total of around 8lbs(*) for a fully installed system.
- Multiple interfaces including integrated WLAN, PCMCIA, USB 2.0, 10/100BaseT Ethernet, RS232, and ARINC 429 provide the operator with a variety of methods for communications and updating of EFB data such as electronic charts and documents.

In a dual EFB installation, full "EFB to EFB" data synchronization can be provided to simplify the updating of documents, check lists, or other configured items - by updating one EFB, the second system is automatically updated.
In addition, an optional feature unique to the PilotView® EFB enables a pilot to immediately view what is on the other pilot's display through the touch of a single key.
Another cockpit efficiency feature available with the PilotView® EFB is a one-touch video key that enables the pilot to toggle between the current application and video images from video surveillance systems.
