A New Name for our Next Hundred Years
(Paris Air Show, June 18, 2001) On April 11, 2001, BAE SYSTEMS CANADA INC. and ONCAP L.P. announced that an investor group led by ONCAP L.P. had successfully completed the acquisition of 100% of the common shares of BAE SYSTEMS CANADA INC, further to approval by BAE SYSTEMS CANADA shareholders. BAE SYSTEMS CANADA INC. now conducts business under the new name CMC Electronics Inc. and its common shares have been delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange and AMEX.
